1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or purchasing from Fancy Feathered Flock LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products and Services

We strive to accurately display product descriptions, pricing, availability, and images. However, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free, complete, or current.

We reserve the right to:

• Limit quantities available for purchase

• Refuse or cancel orders at our discretion

• Correct pricing or listing errors

3. DNA Testing Services

Fancy Feathered Flock LLC provides avian DNA testing services, including DNA gender testing and certain genetic testing services.

Customers are responsible for properly collecting, labeling, packaging, and submitting samples according to the instructions provided by Fancy Feathered Flock LLC. Each sample must be clearly identified so that it can be accurately matched to the customer's order and the appropriate bird.

Fancy Feathered Flock LLC is not responsible for errors resulting from samples that are mislabeled, mixed up, contaminated, improperly collected, or incorrectly identified by the customer.

If a sample is insufficient or unsuitable for testing, we may request a replacement sample. Customers are responsible for costs associated with mailing replacement samples unless otherwise stated.

Turnaround times are estimates and begin after suitable samples are received. Although results are typically available within 24–48 hours after sample receipt, processing may occasionally take longer due to sample quality, testing requirements, volume, retesting, holidays, or other circumstances.

Testing results apply only to the sample submitted for the specific test ordered. Customers are responsible for reviewing their order and sample identification information for accuracy.

4. Orders and Payments

By placing an order with Fancy Feathered Flock LLC, you agree that:

• All information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.
• You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
• Payment must be received before an order or testing service is processed.
• You are responsible for selecting the correct DNA test and submitting samples that correspond with your order.
• Prices, availability, and services are subject to change without notice.

Fancy Feathered Flock LLC reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, pricing or listing errors, unavailable products or services, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Customers submitting samples for DNA testing are responsible for properly packaging, labeling, and mailing their samples to Fancy Feathered Flock LLC. Customers are responsible for mailing costs and are encouraged to use a shipping method that provides tracking.

Fancy Feathered Flock LLC is not responsible for samples or packages that are lost, delayed, damaged, or misdirected while in the possession of a shipping carrier.

Live chicks and other live poultry are local pickup only and are not shipped. Hatching eggs and physical products may be available for shipping when specifically stated.

6. Returns and Refunds

DNA testing services are non-refundable once testing has begun. If a submitted sample is insufficient or unsuitable for testing, Fancy Feathered Flock LLC may request a replacement sample.

Live poultry and hatching eggs are non-refundable. Physical products may be eligible for return or refund according to the terms stated in our Refund Policy.

DNA testing orders may be canceled before testing has begun. Once testing has started, the service cannot be canceled or refunded.

7. Live Poultry and Animal Disclaimer

Live chicks and other live poultry offered by Fancy Feathered Flock LLC are available for local pickup only and are not shipped.

Customers are responsible for inspecting live poultry at the time of pickup. Once a live bird has been transferred to the customer, the sale is final. Fancy Feathered Flock LLC cannot guarantee the future health, development, temperament, appearance, or performance of a bird after it leaves our care, as these may be affected by housing, nutrition, environment, handling, stress, illness, and other factors outside our control.

Hatching eggs are sold without a guarantee of development or hatch rate. Fertility, shipping and carrier handling, storage, temperature, incubation practices, and other environmental factors may affect development and hatch results.

Customers are responsible for complying with applicable laws and regulations regarding the purchase, possession, and care of poultry.

8. Intellectual Property

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fancy Feathered Flock LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, services, or DNA testing results.

DNA testing results are based on the sample submitted and the specific test ordered. Fancy Feathered Flock LLC is not responsible for errors caused by mislabeled, mixed, contaminated, improperly collected, or incorrectly identified samples submitted by the customer.

Customers are responsible for any breeding, purchasing, selling, rehoming, or other decisions made based on testing results. DNA testing results should not be interpreted as a guarantee of an animal's health, quality, breeding performance, or other characteristics not specifically covered by the test ordered.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

9. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes

• Attempt to interfere with website security or operations

• Submit false or misleading information

• Upload malicious software or harmful content

10. Limitation of Liability

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how Fancy Feathered Flock LLC collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information.
